STRENGTHENING A NATIONAL PATIENT COMMUNITY

HeartLife had the mission and the momentum. What they needed was a digital presence that reflected the heart, hope, and humanity they were bringing to Canadians living with cardiovascular disease. We partnered with their team to rebuild their storytelling, activate their community, and bring their resources to life. The shift was immediate and transformative.

We rebuilt HeartLife’s digital presence from the inside out, keeping the soul of their mission intact while elevating every layer of communication. We partnered closely with their team to ensure the new strategy stayed true to their lived-experience approach while leveling up impact and reach. Every creative decision was designed to be flexible, scalable, and easy for their team to carry forward over time.

STORY-LED CONTENT STRATEGY

We redesigned HeartLife’s content approach to reflect the humanity behind their work. The new direction highlights real patient journeys, caregiver experiences, and community voices with warmth and authenticity.

Emotional storytelling became the foundation – from Faces of CVD to HeartHeroes – helping members feel seen and supported. Resource posts were simplified and reframed so patients could easily understand, access, and use the Academy, Toolkit, and Passport. Every content choice aimed to make the digital experience as human and compassionate as the community itself.
