We're a golf simulator marketing agency for indoor golf clubs, simulator lounges and golf facilities in Canada and the US. We plan your winter season, fill your leagues and off-peak bays, and build the ads, pages and follow-up that turn a first booking into a member.

Because half your market isn't playing golf on a course. The National Golf Foundation counted 8.1 million US simulator and screen-golf users in 2024, up from 3.8 million in 2015, and 51% of them hadn't played a round on a golf course in the previous 12 months. So the person booking your bay on a Friday night often isn't a golfer yet.
Meanwhile more clubs are competing for them. NGF counts at least 1,500 commercial golf simulator businesses in the US, nearly three times its 2022 count, though it says the count isn't exhaustive and better counting explains some of the jump. In Canada, Golf Canada says about 41% of golfers have played simulator golf, up from about 23% in 2022.
Winter is your season. In February 2025, outdoor rounds fell 70 to 90% year over year in Pennsylvania, Illinois, Ohio and Michigan, according to NGF and Golf Datatech. That means three things:

It fills your bays and builds your membership. For an indoor golf club that means planning the winter season months ahead, selling memberships and leagues before the frost, filling weekday daytime bays, running Meta and Google ads in each window, and following up every first visit the same day. We report on members and bookings, not likes.
Fall membership launch, league starts, Black Friday gift cards, corporate holiday bookings, January lesson packs, Masters week, and the summer churn plan. Each one gets its own campaign, started weeks before the window opens.
One page per offer. What's included, the booking window, the league night, the start date and one form. In our survey of 26 indoor golf venues, 22 sold a membership, so a clear offer is table stakes.
We come in and leave with a month of content. League nights, swing changes, a group's first visit, the bar on a busy Friday. Real footage of real players, made for the people who'll book next.
Meta to golfers and social groups within a sensible drive. Google search for "golf simulator near me", "indoor golf [city]" and your club's name. Retargeting with the offer and the date for anyone who looked and didn't book.
An automatic thank-you after every first booking, a member offer within 48 hours, a league invite and a check-in after 30 days. In my experience, leads come in and nobody follows up, and that's usually the real leak, not the ad spend.
Start each campaign 6 to 10 weeks before its window, and plan the year around the outdoor season. Here's how we'd plan a northern club's year. Your dates will differ, so this is a starting point, not a rule.
| Months | What golfers are doing | What we run for you |
|---|---|---|
| Sep to Oct | Outdoor season winding down. Thinking about winter. | Winter membership launch. League registration. Corporate holiday pre-sales. |
| Nov | Courses closed in most northern markets. Black Friday (27 Nov 2026). | Gift card push. Corporate holiday bookings close out. Member socials for new members. |
| Dec | Holiday parties. Slowest month for outdoor golf. | Corporate and private events. Last-minute digital gift cards. January lesson packs pre-sold. |
| Jan to Feb | New-year goals. Gift card holders make a first visit. | Lesson packs. A redeem-to-member offer for gift card visits. Second-half league start. |
| Mar to Apr | Tuning swings before spring. The Masters (8 to 11 April 2027). | Tune-up clinics. Masters night. Summer offer announced before courses open. |
| May to Aug | Outdoor peak. Members most likely to drift. | Summer pass or pause option, short summer league, referral push. Pre-sell next winter in August. |
Every row has a sales window. Most clubs only market November to February.
I think most indoor golf clubs are fighting for one-off bookings when the real growth is turning winter visitors into members.
That's why every campaign we build ends at a membership or a league, not a single bay hour.
We're a sports-only team, and these are the results our clients have approved us to share.
Urumi Athletics reached 11.2K followers off 20 posts, and for Mosaic Sports we built the brand and athlete management platform from scratch.

The winter calendar, membership offers, leagues and the follow-up that turns visitors into members, plus the numbers behind them.

In September and October, before most northern courses close. Launch winter memberships and league registration then, so you're not selling from scratch in January.
Golfers and a lot of non-golfers. The National Golf Foundation found 51% of simulator users hadn't played a round on a golf course in the previous 12 months, so your marketing has to work for friends, dates and teams too.
Yes. We're based in Surrey, BC, and work with clubs and facilities across Canada and the US, remotely and with shoot days on site.
In members and bookings. We track inquiries, first visits, member sign-ups, league entries and cost per member, and agree the targets with you before launch.
Tell us what you're trying to fill, members, leagues or weekday bays, and when. On a 30-minute call we'll map the season and tell you what we'd build first. If it's something you can do yourselves, we'll say so.
