Challenge:

IKAN’s website needed a complete overhaul with modern design aesthetics, user-friendly navigation, and integration with their existing Buildertrend CRM to capture leads efficiently.

Solution:

Coala Studio took charge and delivered a fully functional website using Webflow within the agreed timeframe. We ensured seamless integration with Buildertrend CRM, enabling IKAN to capture leads directly through the website and feed them into their sales pipeline. This not only improved the user experience but also streamlined their internal processes, making lead management more efficient.

Challenge:

IKAN was facing high costs per lead (approximately $100/lead) with their existing ad campaigns. Additionally, they were struggling with a lack of transparency and inefficient processes with their current digital marketing agency, which managed their ads through the agency’s own accounts. This arrangement left IKAN without access to their customer data and hindered their ability to optimize campaigns.

Solution:

Coala Studio proposed a comprehensive 12-month marketing plan that included SEO, content marketing, advertising, and social media management. We immediately addressed the lack of transparency by setting up a dedicated ad account for IKAN, giving them full ownership of their data. We also implemented advanced tracking mechanisms to monitor the customer journey, ensuring that every touchpoint was optimized for conversion.

We created targeted landing pages and thank you pages to support our ad campaigns and began running ads on February 28, 2024. Alongside, we launched a robust SEO strategy aimed at improving organic search visibility.

Results (February 28, 2024 - August 23, 2024):

  • Clicks: Steadily increased from 15 in the first week to 161 by March 25, 2024.
  • Conversions: Improved significantly, with the cost per conversion dropping to as low as CA$36.20 in the second week of March.
  • Cost Efficiency: We reduced the cost per conversion from CA$73.38 in the first week to a consistent average of around CA$50 over the subsequent weeks, achieving much better cost efficiency than the previous agency.

The data shows consistent improvement in ad performance, indicating a well-executed strategy that not only lowered costs but also increased the volume of qualified leads.

Coala Studio conducted a full-day shoot, producing a quarter’s worth of social media content, including reels and static posts. The content focused on engaging the audience and showcasing IKAN’s expertise and services.

Outcome:

The new content led to a significant increase in engagement and reach on Instagram. As engagement levels grew, we are now planning to expand our efforts to include Facebook ads, leveraging the high-quality creatives produced during the shoot.
